Joomla web site from local host to web host transfer

I've built a Joomla website using JA_onepage on localhost.
Now I'm trying to transfer the site from localhost to my webhost ([login to view URL]).
It seems easy, but I'm getting this error described in the following post :

I'm tired of trying to fix it and I need a freelancer who's capable of achieving this task for a reasonable price. I imagine it won't take very long.
Once the freelancer is chosen, the joomla website code and the webhost information will be communicated.
