We want to create a system that will allow organizations to create an account to send emails to cell phones. It should be simple and straightforward but the auction would have to include creation of the php system, design of the site, and a logo design.
How the system will work.
1) The organization signs up for an account (we will charge them a yearly fee so will have to have payment by paypal)
2) The organizations page is created where members can create an account and will enter their contact information including cell phone number and provider (from drop down list that way we know the domain to send the email to).
3) if the organization has to contact the members they log into their account and send a bulk SMS.
How it will work. It will work as an opt in mailing list. Each cell phone provider will accept SMS messages sent by email to the 10digit number@their domain. We have a list of all of the domains for each provider so the user enters their phone number and when they pick their provider we attach the correct domain.
When the user signs up they select what types of messages they want to recieve (emergency only, important events or general news)
