Hello,
I need to build a multilanguage, single user portal that allows administrator to manage a catalog of holidays apartments and hotel/B&B.
For each Apartament for rent, administrator must be able to set:
- a description
- a photo gallery
- a features table*
- a google map**
- an availability / prices calendar
* users must be able to search properties according to these features (such as "location", "beds", "distance from the sea" and so on)
** google map may be shown or not, case by case

For both typologies, Apartment and Hotel / B&B, users can fill in a form to ask for more information or availability.

In the front end, you have two search forms, one for Apartment, one for Hotel / B&B, with their own parameters (search only Hotels at least 3stars, or search only Apartments in New York"...)
Administrator must be able to add a new listing by filling in a "guided" form with all the needed parameters (description, pictures, features, map, availability / price table...)

- Single User (Aministrator only)
- Multilingual: italian and english with the possibility to add new languages in future
- Based on Joomla, WordPress, or on any other CMS - unless it is open source and easy to manage by administrator
- About the graphic design, it may be based on a Template Monster theme or on a your proposal - clean, simple, neutral design are appreciated
- Website will have some static pages (such as about us, contacts, and so on - editable by control panel) and a catalogue
In the cataloge section, administrator must be able to add/edit/delete or deactivate Apartment for rent or Hotel/B&B items.
For each Apartament for rent, administrator must be able to set:

* e.g.: "Beds", "Baths", "Distance from the sea", "Pets allowed", and so on. Administrator will set these customer fields and users on the front end will be able to search properties according to them through the search form. Customer fields for Apartment rentals are different from the ones for Hotel/B&B.
