Wordpress theme customization

Here is the theme I want customized:

Colour scheme:
Red
Black
Dark Grey
White
I need the changes to be made as follows (Numbered in first image called website)
1. Company logo
2. Flash embedded box (So I can upload a flash slideshow)
3. Would like the banner to have a vector or silhouette of Toronto skyline
4. My writtings changed to Recent Posts
5. Change the text (being finalized now)
The pages and buttons I need:
Home
About
Services
-Highlight Tapes
-Recruiting Packages
Videos
Profiles
Contact
Home will be recent posts and the front page with the flash box and everything else from the theme.
About will be a basic section as well as services (see image about and services)
Videos will consist of thumbnails of each uploaded video that opens into a new window upon click (see image video)
Profiles I will need to add and edit with a profile picture and information (see image profiles)
Contact can be just a simple contact page
NOTES:
- For the videos I would like to use Vimeo and half them embedded.
- I would like a plugin to like on facebook or tweet or use other social media for posts
- I would like the left of the theme available to place ads
- The site needs to be easy to use and add content by myself (basic wordpress knowledge)
- Sports/basketball themed site so make it relate with graphics and what not
