Transfer and update of existing site to WordPress

We currently have the website [login to view URL] and are looking for the site to have an updated design and transferred to WordPress CMS. It is currently on Joomla. There are a number of blog posts on the site from previous years and we are looking for these to be transferred over also.
There would be no additional features that don't currently appear on the old website.
