73348 Database with HTML work

I am looking for someone to MAKE a database for a site that I am currently working on. I say MAKE because we just can't seem to get it going. We will need it developed through PHP, MySQL, and HTML. We are working out of CPanelX. We need someone who can set up a database that can send and receive data to work with a search query. We need this project to be done soon because the site is behind schedule. Someone with experience shouldn't find this to be a difficult task. We already have a database developed so if it can be revised that would be fine, if it needs to be redone, that's fine as well.
