PHP Fetching script

I need a PHP script which will take a listing from chosen category on the ads listing web site and to put all listing in MS excel file. So, the script should be able to pick up the ads from the [url removed, login to view] (from one category) and to put them into MS excel file. Also, I would like if the script can be set to run on certain date and time (Every week in the same time).

If you already have a similar script to recode a little bit, thats fine. I just need to work properly.

The lowest bid will definitely win because the budget is very low.
