Convert static HTML store to XML + PHP

I have a static HTML store (with google checkout) that I want converted to have XML and/or PHP functionality.
I have the XML file ready with all of the product data.
I want the store to be populated with data pulled from the XML file.
If someone wants more detail about a product, clicking on the product image will load a php page that displays product details, again pulling information from the XML file.
I have templates ready for what I want the final pages to look like, it's basically a simple XML query/display project.
I wanted to clarify a couple of things since I seem to be getting bids for some heavy/detailed work.
The store has only 4 products, and the data for those products will be manually updated by me in the XML. So this isn't a typical ecommerce website with database access or CMS requirements.
Please see the attached screenshots of the website. The store overview shows three of the products, and the detail shows what needs to be displayed once the product image is clicked.
The styling and data is already there, I just need the data to be displayed in HTML (for the store overview) and PHP (for the detail page) from the XML file.
