Creating slideshow and upload button on a form

Need someone who can develop:

1. A slideshow on the homepage of a website with options of changing effects, slides, seconds, and using a fixed size of images (provided by us). Next and previous button already provided.

2. An upload button which title can be changed (will not using "upload") also show the name of the file being uploaded right next to the button. This button must work with the form which already made.
