Invoice MOD for CS-Cart

I'm looking for a talented programmer with past experience on CS-Cart system to create an essential MOD for European companies using CS-Cart as eCommerce platform. Please find details below:
1. The project is urgent and should start ASAP.
2. Other than order number, CS-Cart should also have 2 new DB tables for progressive invoice numbering and return numbering. CS-Cart should increment invoice numbers ONLY when the order status changes to "Complete" and increment return numbers only when status changes to "Backordered". No modification needed for original order numbering system.
3. The buttons available for both front-end and back-end when MOD complete should be: "Print Invoice" and "Print order details". If the product has been returned also the button "Return details" should be available. The invoice slip should include both invoice number and order number. The order slip should not be modified since is already available in invoice.tpl. The return slip should include the return number and order number.
Magento eCommerce system already has this feature by default but I do not want to move yet.
