I'm running an online service providing my clients with the capability to accept online appointment bookings.
We have finished developing phase 1. It is bug free and operational. Currently in Beta mode to determine viability of the solution.
My developer is moving oversea (US) so I'm looking to replace him. I have made the mistake of not checking to ensure he can provide on-going support and availability to make system changes. So it is crucial that you can provide this in the foreseeable future.
The code base is well documented (within code and functional specification) and there shouldn't be a problem for someone new to pick it up and run with it. The booking system is complex so you will need to be at a senior level developer. Please don't apply if you haven't worked on complex scheduling systems before.
We have a number of documented change requests waiting for development. Also on the pipeline is phase 2 which is adding additional features to phase 1. These are big enhancements.
I would like to continue the arrangement I have with the current developer. For small changes the work is paid hourly. For large pieces of work, a quote is required before development commences. This is so that I can better plan cashflow.
Ideally, I'm only interested in securing a senior developer/provider who is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Successful provider will be required to sign an NDA and act in a professional manner. Please note this is not a full-time employment and you will need to provide invoice for payment.
