You will need to have good familiarity with Zend Framework, and be able to design and build the framework for a site using it from the ground up.
Familiarity with Javascript is necessary as jQuery will be used for front-end UI features.
You will need to use the AccuTimeCard software for time-based billing on this project.
Code tracking and version control will be done using a Subversion repository so you must be capable of using svn.
