[login to view URL] type of solution

I am basically looking for a Photo Management system that would be similar to the interface of a [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] with a purchasing system similar to [url removed, login to view]

I'm trying to keep this project around $1000

- Membership sign up with a small fee.

- Complete registered user account login, where they can upload

- photography (which is automatically resize to a fixed width. Or even displayed via flash where, a specific watermark or tag maybe displayed"

- A featured artist / photographer section

- Search engine: by photographer name, photo id, date uploaded

Each user has an photography uploading control panel where they can input a purchase price or license price, if an individual would like to purchase their artwork.

I am sure a lot of you have already done projects that may closely relate, so samples are that much better when responding with a quote.
