vTiger Customer Portal Modification For Software Sales

Modify vTiger CRM and Customer Portal to handle the following use case:
1. When customer purchases software licenses, add those licenses as assets/products the customer purchased to contact INCLUDING serial#, purchase date and expiration date (defaults to purchase date + 1yr).
2. Contact is automatically a portal user within their purchase and expiration date (i.e. if purchaseDate >= now() >= expirationDate).
3. When logging into the customer portal, contact is able to download ONLY software that they have purchased and are current on maintenance with. In other words, if they purchased three different types of software but only 1 is inside their expiration date, then they only have ability to download the 1 that is inside the expiration date.
4. Download link to software is secured such that a user who logged in to the portal cannot email a link from inside the portal to the user outside the portal.
