Zen Cart Website: Alphabetically categorize products

Hello, everyone, I already have a website up and running, I'm still in the process of creating the website.
I have my products, pictures, categories up and everything.
I have a perfume/fragrances/haircare/skincare website.
What I want is to have my category and product listed [url removed, login to view] someone click on fragracnes, ALL the products( from A-Z) come up on the website, thus taking so much space and time to load, plus too much to scroll down. I want it so that say someone clicks on "A" all the products/brand name that start with 'A' come up, "B" should have all the brand name with B come up.
