I have a Joomla site that needs some form fixes. One of the forms is a prayer request form. It asks for the name, comments, and yes or no if they want the prayer to be displayed. When they mark yes we need it to be displayed on another page. When they mark no then it won't be displayed. All prayer request will be sent to a specific email address and must be hidden or deleted from view after 5 days.
