the project is to integrate a booking system into a marketplace script.
a) a marketplace- business owners/ service providers, can open a beautiful profile and sell their services. they can charge money and accept credit card payments like any normal eccomerce website. preferably wordpress or other major platform like joomla, magento etc...or good php code.
it can be a clone similar to airbnb, dropinn, etsy, ebay... but made for service providers (doctors, clinics, lawyers).
the admin get percentage of sales the same way as any- ebay, amazon etc...
b)there will be a clinic/booking system on every profile.- the are laready openscripts out there, also a wordpress plugin, but it should be integrated into a marketplace system where every store owner has his own calendar/booking/reservation system.
when offering a price take into account our payment terms-
payment will be 20% at beginning.
40% after loading website online for us and our live testing.+ 40% escrowed. after site online, to be paid after website active for 2 month+ bugs fixed+ all code unencrypted and full right to us.
20% bonus for timely completion and bug fixed to be paid after site active for 5 month.
communication- there will be a contact person, who is a developer that is authorised to make descisions. the contact can also be made using video and phone calls, since typing on chat to a guy that does not understand english is out of the question.
only users with good record are viable for this project.
if code isn't fully operational while live testing, no payment.
