Repair paypal system on website

Hi,
Website is [url removed, login to view] and i am currently having problems with the paypal membership system. Normally you would be able to upgrade your account directly with a paypal payment but it's not working anymore.
You can see by yourself by first login in as
username: Jennifer
password: Jennifer
Then go to this payment link
[url removed, login to view];action=premium
If you click on the "acheter" button (buy) it will not work.
This is a simple programming fixing so i am willing to give 30$ only plus good review when work is done. Please explain in the comment if you already know how to fix this.
