Facebook Application built on Google App Engine

The application that I would like to be built is a Facebook App that will be the front-end client for a server application that I have already built. I have previously built an application for the Android platform that will help people connect with new friends/partners for activities such as rock climbing, hiking, chess. This previously built application has a server side that was built using Google App Engine and Python. I would like the winner of the project bid to build a Facebook App that will be another client to access this server side of the application.
