This is a Social networking site for students.

I would like to have a subdomain be each school in my area.

People should only be able to sign up when they are invited.

I would like three sets of people - students and alumni, mentors. All of these people should be able to access the site invite only. When inviting, I would like to be able to restrict a student to a student user form or an alumni to an alumni user form, etc.

Then I would like the user profile to include info for teachers, classes, study groups,etc.

Then I would like people to be able to search people by type of person (student, alumni, etc), location, from only their school, or search people in all of the areas. People should also be able to invite others in their study group. They should also be able to contact people either via blind email or by having their own inbox and message capability.

As an add on, I would like to have a job/resume posting/search page, a classifieds sections to sell books, electronics, etc. i would also like to be able to accept payment for job posts and possibly later for any type of advanced functional use. I would like the option of being able to charge for different functions. For items such as books, people should be able to sort by school, class, book name, isbn number, etc.

This page must be legal, secure, and easy to use. I should be able to modify the code if necessary and should have full rights to it. I will not sell the code to the public (unless if in the future I sell my website).

Finally, if possible, I would like to have one page that is like www.ratemyprofessor.com.

Please let me know if you can do this site and how long it would take. It looks like you have existing sites in place, so I'm guessing all it would take is some customizing to my requirements.
