Blog Service Portal Upgrades/Mods

I own a web blogging portal that offers blog sites to its visitors for free.

I went from a BH v12 and edited it myself several times to add some things.

I need someone FAMILIAR with BH 1.2's CORE to do MANY upgrades and MODS.

IF all goes well I will keep contact with DEV for many more projects!

Also, please note SECURITY is TOP PRIORITY!
