website instald and update

Hello

i have a datingsite but is not working good script hase many problems.

i have other script with almost same option but layout i like more so want that instald.

but script is litle bit old en and must Security must be updated.

also i have a tutaf chat for webcam and wnat it instald in website.

also i have a problem with a spammer from africa i think and makes many profiles to send spam. so want a script in where i can block country's..

also the members that i have already must be transformd to other script.
