I really want an experienced programmer that has done this before and that wants to invest a little in it because the reason is PTC site is highly paid job with a lot of income so if you plan to invest in server and script + design my PTC i'm willing to offer you 50% of all earnings that PTC earns for 2 months or more ... , and after that you will earn as you keep my PTC updated.....

There will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENT, you will get your money as PTC earns it in first 2 months.
