Drupal web designer wanted for real estate education site

I need a Drupal web designer that can create a site that functions similar to www.ukabbalah.com. This site is a real estate education site that will teach techniques on how to buy your first 10 houses with little to no money down. These are the pages that it will have:
1) Home - Full description of star instructor and what he teaches
2) Biography - Story on star instructor
3) Live Events - Schedule of events published for all to remain updated
4) Training Workshops - Videos on various "how to" subjects on paypal. The student buys the class and has access to that class. If he wants another class he will have to purchase the class, etc.
5) Book Store - Sales of products will require paypal
6) Lead generator - Student inputs their name and email address that goes to our email address for future updates on new workshops and live events
This site will have star instructor's photo on all pages. A pre-thought out logo and will require uploading of video classes, product photos, and paypal.
We want google analytics exposure, social network exposure, and branding.
