We need a landing page that has the following fields:
Page 1: A form centered in the page with a picture as a background (will be provided).
First Name
Last Name
Zip Code
Gender
Age
(all required)
After they hit submit it takes them to page 2:
Text provided
Share on: Facebook/Recommend - Twitter - Tumblr - LinkedIn - Google+
Invite via email (send using Mail() in php)
Generate a unique URL based off the users EMAIL to track sharing / invites accepted ([url removed, login to view])
Once a user hits a unique URL it will track if they sign up under that referreral and after 10 invites it will send an email to myself (the admin) so I can approve them for membership on my own.
Should be very easy and fast to do.
