Computer application using swiss ephemeris

I need someone to create a program that uses the swiss ephemeris to allocate each planet and minor planet to a specific position. The application would give a similar outcome to that on the sites shown below. However, initially I don't intend to put it online, but perhaps would sell it as a small downloadable application. There is one key difference to the below applications. I have an additional layer that needs to be added to the process. In this layer, we have the 64 I Ching hexagrams and in each hexagram there is a line. Each hexagram/line has a precise astrological position. So as well as the astrological position - taken directly from the swiss ephemeris - I need to have an additional field that shows which hexagram and line the planet falls in on any given date and time. I've included a small portion of the additional 'index' as an image file attached to help you understand how that extra field will work.

So the output would be:

Minor Planet Number / Planet Name / Astrological Longitude position / Hexagram Line position

I would like to have the following choices for which planets are included in the list

Choose All / Choose All plus exclude any I don't want included / Choose and save a default set of planets / Default plus or minus particular planet choices / Choose particular planets with a minimum of one planet

Choices can be made by planet name or number.
