Copy and rename files to ftp server.

I need to set up a weekly schedule to copy the image files from one FTP server, change the name to include a suffix and drop into a new ftp server. The files on the host server are arranged in 5 folders:
Full
Alt 1
Alt 2
Alt 3
Alt 4
There are different images in each folder, however each image file within these folders has the same file name - the SKU for a product, eg. Full/[url removed, login to view] , Alt 1/[url removed, login to view], Alt 2/[url removed, login to view], etc...
The image files need to be copied to the new server without folders, but with the folder name added to the end of the file name. eg. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc...
