Need a form built for our website header (see attachment). The form will submit to our hotel room booking page here: [url removed, login to view] .
Just need to take the form values you see at this link and convert to an external website that links to the sorted results on the link above.
So from out website, you would select date for check-in, date for checkout, # of adults, # of children and the form should then post to: [url removed, login to view]
We use wordpress and I can supply login for you to set form up in the header for our site.
