99956 fix google pagerank script

Hi,

I am getting the following error on one of my servers:

Warning: fopen([url removed, login to view]:[url removed, login to view]) [[url removed, login to view]]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden in /home/user/public_html/[url removed, login to view] on line 114

and found out that the checksum(ch) is not generated correctly(and thats the reason of this error). while everything is working fine on other servers.

I even compared my [url removed, login to view] and didnt find anything that could be creating this problem.
