Custom Toolbar for Outlook

I'm trying to impliment a toolbar for outlook with buttons that could be useful for a user. Eg. Change e-mail background colour , add attachment , add image etc. I know this could probably be done by dragging and dropping commands around the toolbars in outlook itself, but I want to be able to do this in code. So I would like a small application, that when run, will create this new toolbar in outlook that contains icons to do things that the user might normally have difficulty doing.

## Deliverables

Complete source code of all programming work done Source code to be commented in such a way as to easily indicate how one would go about adding or removing different buttons/icons from this toolbar. Very limited support/customization after source has been delivered may also be required after project completion.

## Deadline information

Programming to be done in VB, unless the bidder is willing to do most/all customization required after project completion.
