I need to develop a car portal web 2.0 style web site with AJAX. Site should have no graphics/or mini Graphics. Need to use html color/colours as much as possible to keep it lightweight as this site is going to be browsed at dailup or 100kb interent speed.

I have some sample sites to show you as well as complete website specification document. I don't want to release spec document to every one but would share with short listed programmer/developers for this project.
Minimium Requirements to apply for this project.
1- At least 2 + years exp. with php/ajax
2- At least developed 2 or 3 portal sites with ajax.
3- References 2+
4- Use Skype or any other VOIP Messanger also available to discuss project.
5- Can speak good english
6- Good Technical & communication skills
