Create a Personality Quiz Wordpress Plugin

I'm looking for someone (or agency) to create a Wordpress plugin that will easily allow me to create personality tests / quizzes.

basically the system is similar to the Buzzfeed quizzes seen here:

but no need to include media, just text. The question type will be multiple choice, and some multiple answers. The question and the answer should be able to show randomly in the front end.

The plugin need to calculate end score based on the answer (ex: user has chosen option A-3 times, option B-4 times, option C-2 times. for a total of 9 question)

The end result will be explanation of the user's primary and secondary personality, with pre-defined description (ex: if the user chose option A:5 times, B:2 times, C:7 times, D:1 times; the result will be primary: personality C, secondary: personality A). For multiple answers question it is basically the same, but it adds the score to more than one option.

The result and description will be long text describing the personality in detail, and should be categorized (ex: your personality is:[description]. what should you do:[description]. what to avoid:[description]. etc), and of course the personal info of the user (name, age, occupation, email).

The result should be able to exported to PDF for download and printing.

It will be a plus if you can integrate Wordpress membership system so the user personal data can be automatically inserted, and because we have plan to take some amount of money for each test taken by the user.
