I need some one to design a web-based crm tool. I need this tool to do the following:
1. keep a calendar of appointments
2. Have a place to make notes on the outcome of the appointments
3. Have a drop down menu with preset dispositions of the appointments
4. Keep track and calculate sales figures based on gathered data (example how many closed deals, no shows, not interested, closing %, % of appoints that no showed etc)
5. recognize duplicate appointments and how many times we have set that appt.
6. Once appointment is dispositioned as closed, move appointment from calendar to crm.
7. Time stamp that notes are entered into crm
8. set up tasks for multiple users with reminders/deadlines
9. be able to log into crm via internet
10. Updateable with additional funtionality
