Design work for arcade script

I simply need someone to fix the below errors (and possibly some others) with a template. If you PM me, I will provide the website URL.
All the problems I have found are with IE - and I've only noticed recently as I use Firefox. So just need to clean it up and make it work for IE too. If you can make it work 100% for other browsers too, that's great.
Included images show what needs fixing - although there may be minor things elsewhere in order to keep the same style over the whole site.
The site runs off of CSS and HTML embedded in PHP - run by onArcade. It's easy to modify the template and I just want someone who can fix the errors mentioned and others.
The budget needs to be quite small as this is an easy job.
Knowledge of CSS and DIV's is a must.
