I have an OpenCart template that I would like a few modifications made to

I am looking for a couple modifications

1. Would like to change the checkout link in the upper right corner to "Contact Us" and have it point to the contact us page.

2. When I add an item to the shopping cart a message box pops up saying "Success you have added xxxx". I would like this feature disabled.

3. When I click most top cart link (1 item) in the upper right, a message box shows the item price + tax info. I would like it to show only show item price. I still need tax to be calculated in the checkout pages though.

4. When I click the most top cart link in the upper right, it shows message box with two buttons "View Cart" and "Checkout". I would like to remove the "View Cart" button, change the link of the "Checkout" button to the link that "View Cart" button points to.

5. When I click on a brand name, the account box shows up, I would like the brand box to stay there and the account box only show up when the user is on the my account page.
