Portal Template

i would like a ORIGINAL template for a portal website, similar to yahoo.

I don't want it to be used by another webmaster.

I want it to be innovative, as yahoo or lycos or msn.

I want a frontpage (index) template, and also a template for the sublinks (categories) etc.

I want 2 banners to exist in the frontpage, and also two on the subcategory-page template.

The banner dimension i want to be the following :

One banner that will be : 430x80

and

One banner that will be : 350x200 or 300x250 depending on your way of designing the template, so it is up to you, this second banner dimensions.

Finally, i want it within a day, as it is a real emergency
