I realized from the responses to my initial project posting that I need to do a better job of defining the scope of the website. So this project posting is to enlist your assistance with the design of the website. This scope of work is only for design, not for implementation. I am looking for you to provide me with a report detailing the functional, user, and software specifications and scope of work. I have selected just those programmers from the inital list of bidders that I thought could handle the task. I will not share your design the other bidders. Attached is my first attempt at defining the website design in a Microsoft Powerpoint document. Again, this is only for scoping purposes...I do not expect any working software or website from this project...just the development specifications and a hard estimate of completing this work including time and 1 year software technical support. I expect that one of you will have a more favorable design or better terms and pricing and there will be no need for a follow-up bid. But if there are many great design, then I may have to put this design out to bid again, but only for those of you who submitted an acceptable design to me from this auction and I will limit the next round to 2 or 3 bidders max. Sorry for all of this run-around, but I am willing to pay you to help me clarify this design. This is the fun part, right?
