NTLM Authorization Proxy Server

I have several client applications written in kbmMW and other middleware libraries that are either non-proxy aware or cannot do NTLM authentication. They all use the HTTP/HTTPS protocol to communicate with their servers. I want to create a local proxy server to be installed on user’s workstations that will: a) Translate calls from the client applications e.g. [login to view URL] where [login to view URL] is the proxy on port 8181 get relayed to [login to view URL] i.e it acts as a redirector. b) Proxy HTTP/HTTPS calls so that the workstation proxy authenticates/impersonates-IE on the MS Proxy server. This it should do using wininet allowing the non Wininet/IE applications authenticate on a MS Proxy Server using the proprietary NTLM protocol. It will change arbitrary values in the client's request headers so that those requests will look like they were created by MS IE. Thus the local proxy is acting as a gateway to MS-Proxy by using wininet itself to talk to the MS-Proxy.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
