IE skins needed

IE skins are artwork that change the appearance of the background of the area at the top of your browser window where the buttons sit.

- This request is for 5 skins.

- Each skin must be sized 800x135.

- The format is BMP

- The five skins requested here are for the following: 1) Garfield; 2) Cathy; 3 )Ziggy, 4) Christmas, 5) Flowers.

Design guidelines are to ensure that the color of the skins are light enough in color that the user can still make out their buttons and/or that the main image is off to the right or left, so that it does not hide the actual buttons on the toolbar.

I do own the license to these characters so if you need to see the license as proof, please advise. I would be happy to show you to ease your mind.

I am going to need hundreds (potentially thousands) of these skins within the next 30 days, so if your work is good and your bid fits within my budget, I will invite you to create lots more.

Please only bid if you have experience creating skins already.

Also, any skins that are taken from another resource, will not be accepted. These are need to be unique skins and all rights need to be given to my organization.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
