Create a Wordpress Template for an Event Website (Link for Model Included)

I would like to create an event website similar to the one found here [url removed, login to view]
No flash will be necessary on my version, and I would prefer to use a Wordpress template that could be easily [url removed, login to view] scroll down boxes on each page are not necessary, the text can be static. There will be a total of five pages. The background will be a graphic (which I will send you). Music is preferred, but is not mandatory.
The site does not have to be exactly like the one shown, but something similar to this would be ideal. I am looking for this to be completed within 5-7 days.
