Fixing PHP script that stopped working

Hello,
i'm looking to find someone can fix some problem with i have on my 2 website.
Both website use wordpress plugin ( custom made) to so a 4 step registration:
1) the user fill a form
2) the system send an email to the user with credential to confirm
3) when the user confirm the system activate for him an account on wordpress and ask him to complete his profile
4) last step the user that filled additional info, has to share something on facebook befoe have full acces to the website.
THis form was working till a while ago when maybe becayse PHP upgrade stopped working, so the programmer will need to check and understand where is the problem and fix it.
The second part of the work is fixing the table that store all information of the user ( when the user register, the system store his info inside wordpress user base but also in an external table with all datas that the user filled. The programmer will nbeed to restyle that table using more flexible technology like extjs table to make that table suitable also to display large sert of rows without make crash the browser and he will connect the table to PHP library to extract content of the table in EXCEL file ( i will suypply php library ).
I need this 2 fixes before monday. Maximum budget 30 USD.
