Header/Menu Change In Wordpress Theme - Long Term Work

I have a wordpress theme already coded/developed. I need to change out the header and menu design on the theme, which is in psd format. I need this done asap.

This is a very very simple project. I'm willing to pay $15.

I'm looking for a programmer who is proficient in wordpress/php/css etc, has an eye for detail and provides clean code. The winner of this project will get alot of work relating to wordpress. I need someone for a long term working relationship.

The winner must communicate via IM, this is very important. It makes it easier to communicate and delegate work since I have alot of things which need to be done.

I will pay upon project completion, no exceptions. I have an excellent track record and feedback.

Please only bid if your able to provide a long term working relationship, proficient in wordpress/php/css, is always on IM and have good feedback.

While I appreciate your bid(s)... I really don't think people are reading the project description. I am paying $15 to get this project done. It's simply changing a menu and header on an existing wordpress theme.

I'm not sure why I'm receiving bid(s) over $30.
