Pretty simple back end project for Wordpress

We need pretty simple back end project for our website that is built on Wordpress.
Our members will be imported and they have different categories.
This system is just for two usercategories. Advertisers and stores.
What is most important is that this needs to look really great.
I can buy templates for tables and such but everything else must melt in to the existing website design.

For advertisers:
1. 1st page user will see an article which we will create.
2. In right column user will see earlier and active campaigns.
When clicking on a campaign user will be able to see stats. For example how many stores that accepted the campaign. How many views. Feedback from store. And finally a comment from our employee that is responsible for the campaign.
Our employee that is responsible for all campaigns need to be able to upload campaigns for customers.
3. A button that will link to "add campaign" form which I bought script for. Possible to write and attach files.
Important that we will have different categories of campaigns: skyltmaterial, ställning, tävling, in store campaign.
4. All stores will be divided into 1 of 5 categories. Very small, small, medium, large and very large, advertiser can not choose themselves which stores it will show on, our employee will do this part when uploading campaigninfo.
5. In right column under recent and active campaigns there will be a category that just show 5 articles with FAQ.
We will edit articles later.
For stores:
1. 1st page: user will log in and see a table with active campaigns for the stores with different data about campaign.
2. Store will be able to click on a campaign to see more info. At bottom of this page there will be a button which the store clicks on to start the campaign. This functions means that the advertiser and our employee that is responsible will get an email with all info about the store.
3. The store will also see all their accepted/active campaigns and can choose to "finish" a campaign. This will make it possible for store to leave feedback and our employee and advertiser will get mail.
4. Everything will also be saved in advertisers page.
5. In right column together with recent and active campaigns there will be a category that just show 5 articles with FAQ.
