Wordpress Theme build

We need an experienced Wordpress theme developer to build a wordpress theme and wordpress plugins (for various business specific tasks). The projects will be built using Sass css compiler, utilising the Foundation framework. The site will be responsive and Internet Explorer 9 will be our minimum target IE browser for all functionality. Simplified functionality fallbacks will be required for legacy browsers.
Wordpress plugins will also be required and an ability to keep code neat and self-contained is a must. All work must be documented to a template we will provide.
Experience with git is also necessary.
