Flash web game developer

We need a flash game developer to create simple artistic animations where online users can play with, like:

- using the mouse to punch someone

- using the mouse to score a goal

- using the mouse to shoot something, kiss something

the flash developer must be able to draw artistically and then create flash action script to make the game work. Games may in some case link to a mysql db to keep overall track of scores.
