I would like for this design <[login to view URL]> to be converted into an HTML website. The image may be some what blurry, but I can provide you with a PSD or image that is much more clear.
As you can see, the design is pretty simplistic. Coding wise, there are only a few things that need to be done:
1.) The "tabs" are not really tabs in an ajax sense. When you click a new tab, it should take you to a new page. The page that you are currently on should have a white tab.
2.) The text on the "tabs" should change color when moused over.
3.) The search bar should allow for searching of the site. Any search method should be fine, just let me know the proposed method ahead of time.
4.) The white area within the body of the site should allow for text to be inserted and the text should stay within the body.
5.) The links at the bottom should change color when moused over.
6.) The background should extend to all edges of the site and the site should be centered on the screen.
