Urdu-English-Urdu Dictionary

I want a Urdu-English-Urdu dictionary. The coders from India and Pakistan will easily get my point. The process will be like this at front end which should be some sort of professional there must be given option between english and urdu search. If the search is english than the process will be like simple dictionaries and if search is for urdu word than in text field the urdu will be written (i.e. from right to left). You can see many websites and softwares related to this category. The work isnt large. I just want an administrative panel for dictionary and the main layout. The main layout will be dictionary and administrative panel will be used to enter any word in the database of the dictionary. Two more text field will be present. Summary is that one field will be urdu letter, second will be english, third will be letter desciption in english and the fourth will be thesarus etc. ALl the fields should be customizable. Further we can discuss it more.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I will prefer the platform VB.net but if some other platform can be used effectively than u told me.
