Add Function to CRM Plugin

The CRM plugin currently allows the client to create folders, sub-folders and upload pdf, jpg, png, svg, docx, xlsx and youtube videos. The client would also like to add the ability to upload their own mp4 video and make it appear in the lightbox as well. Do you think this can be done? The last programmer said something about using GoogleDocs to preview all the files in the lightbox. Not sure if that is significant but I thought I'd mention it.
