UK Based - PHP SaaS Software Project

We are looking to create a PHP Saas software for our business.
It will be three seperste scripts that operate for a user under 1 user profile. in addition it will be controlled by a single Admin for all all scripts.
It will contain:
1 - A customised version of the Mautic php script - including an admin area (that is already partially developed), customised landing pages, SMS integration with Twillo, Amazon SES for sending bulk emails and online payments for the service.
2 - A booking script - that allows business owners to allow their clients to book sessions online for their business. (will be based on an open source script), clients will be able to book and pay for the services booked online via online payment integrations (net [login to view URL])
3 - An accounting script - that is customised to simplify the income projections and profit and loss. Will use the data from 1&2 scripts to calculate data , as well as manual inputs.
As this is a large project, it will need to be completed in 90 days ready for beta testing and would suit a coder who has a number of hours to commit to this project daily.
It would also suit a UK based programmer, so meetings face to face can communicate information easier.
