Build Plugins/Extensions for Magento Shopify Woocommerce Wix and more!

Our credit card processing app has an API [login to view URL] - We need to constantly be building new plugins using the api. The API sends a text message link asking for $ to a customer, the customer installs the app and adds their credit card and pays it. The API sends a CallbackURL to a website to let them know the transaction status (approve / failed / timeout)

I need someone who knows all the popular shopping carts and gateways that we can integrate into, and can manage the entire process of building the extensions/plugins, and getting them approved.
